Terms of Service
By renting our product you agree to these terms and conditions:
Disclaimer: 
By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look real, and are named after real flowers, they are in fact artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is named after or referred to.
Payment:
All retainers of at least 30% of the total balance must be submitted with all orders. The retainer is deducted from the total price of the wedding/event. Balance due must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event. If payment of balance due is not made, flowers and decor will not be ordered, and this contract will be closed at the determination of Blossom Bash Rentals. If Blossom Bash Rentals determines the contract can still be fulfilled after this date and you wish to continue the contract, there will be a 10% fee added to the balance due and an additional 10% fee for each 7 days that the balance is late. Any extraordinary costs incurred due to the late payment will be passed on to you. Blossom Bash Rentals accepts payment through Zelle, cash, checks, and authorized credit card payments only.
At the time of the initial retainer, adjustments can still be made to the invoice. There is a guaranteed minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal. Any liability on the part of Blossom Bash Rentals is limited to the full refund of monies paid minus the retainer fee. Due to fluctuating prices, price increases may occur and will be passed onto the customer if their rental includes custom designs. The customer will be notified as soon as Blossom Bash Rentals is made aware of these increases. Blossom Bash Rentals will send the customer an invoice for the additional cost, to be paid within 30 days of the event.
Damages/Loss: 
A temporary hold (pre-authorization) will be placed on your card for $700. This is not an actual charge, and will only be charged to your card should there be any damage to our products or should any product not be returned to Blossom Bash Rentals LLC at the end of the event. 
Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 3 times the rental price of the item.
If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period of time, you will be charged 5 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item.


Additions:
Additions/modifications will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the wedding/event on a case by case basis and must be paid within 24 hours. No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available, and pricing will be determined according to what is available. Color and style will be matched as closely as possible.
Substitutions:
Blossom Bash Rentals reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers or decor received are not of the quality suitable to wedding/event. The integrity of the proposed look and color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
Set-up/Strike:
Price is for 1 setup/location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to a reception at a separate location, or anywhere else. If you need any item moved from the ceremony to an location, or anywhere else, an additional moving and setup fee will be required.
Our arches are very large and do not fit through normal doorways. Some of them have to be disassembled, which will require our movers and/or team to remove the florals, disassemble the item, transport it to the new location, then reassemble, and re-apply the florals. We require our own team to move any items unless prior approval from Blossom Bash Rentals is obtained prior to the event. Our insurance will not cover anyone outside our team or an industry professional to handle our items.
Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space.
Product Handling:
No rentals can be left outside overnight, including arches of any kind, as well as all floral arrangements.
The arches cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain forecasted or actively occurring we will come pick-up the arch early. 
No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval.
Decor:
Any decor for the wedding/event not provided by Blossom Bash Rentals is not guaranteed by Blossom Bash Rentals even in cases where Blossom Bash Rentals items are integrated. In such cases, Blossom Bash Rentals will be blameless.
Venue and Location Limitations:
Blossom Bash Rentals is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer; Blossom Bash Rentals will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Blossom Bash Rentals.
Cancellations:
Cancellation notices of: 
90 days or more qualify for a partial refund of 80% of your paid order value 
60 days or more qualify for a partial refund of 50% of your paid order value 
45 days or more qualify for a partial refund of 10% of your paid order value 
0 to 45 days will not qualify for a refund.
Blossom Bash Rentals reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Blossom Bash Rentals feels that the obligations cannot be met. Blossom Bash Rentals will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that Blossom Bash Rentals informs you.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules [including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection]. The arbitration hearing shall take place in Orange County, California before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
